Dear Valued Physical Therapy Advantage Client,

Our practice has grown and some changes have been made to help us along the way. In order to continue providing you with the best standard of care, we are partnering with a new medical billing company, Gateway Medical Solutions. They will handle all of our billing needs, including, sending and receiving insurance claims, dealing with insurance rejections and denials, applying insurance and client payments, creating and sending client statements, and answering all client questions.  There will be a dedicated team in charge of managing our office with a live team member you can call with any and all billing questions.

All client payments relating to deductibles, co-insurances, co-payments, paying off statements, purchasing equipment, etc. will still be made to Physical Therapy Advantage and can be dropped off or mailed to the clinic.

 

Patients will notice:

  • Statements will look different in format
  • Customer service representatives will be available to review accounts anytime between 8:30am -5 pm CST Monday through Friday at 888-258-3326

Patients will not notice:

  • Change in patient care
  • Change in unpaid account balances
  • Change in claims processing by insurance
