Welcome to the July newsletter from Physical Therapy Advantage.

School is right around the corner and we are having a back to school special:

FREE Sports Injury Risk Assessment

Athletes sign up for a FREE screening by one of our trained staff PT’s to assess flexibility, strength, agility, posture, motor planning/biomechanics to identify any deficits which may predispose the athlete to a potential season-ending injury.  

Each athlete will be given an assessment summary sheet outlining his/her deficit areas and a comprehensive summary plan describing exercises, stretches, drills and rationale for injury prevention.
