Welcome to the July newsletter from Physical Therapy Advantage.

We have been hosting Zoom exercise classes (gentle stretching and strengthening) since April.  We are continuing with these classes as interest is growing.  The 30 minute sessions are held on  Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30 and led by one of our aides.  Here is the recurring ZOOM link that you can use each session.
