Positive People….Positive Results.
In the event of COVID, many people are home and finding extra time to try new activities. For instance, some people are trying online video work outs or started jogging. People have also been working from home, working in spaces not ergonomically designed for long hours at a computer. These new activities are putting new stresses on our bodies and could be causing new pain or an exacerbation of an old injury. If you are feeling pain with your new actvities, don't wait for it to get worse. Come in to the clinic for a PT to evaluate your pain so you can get back to being yourself! Call the clinic to set up an appointment.
Upcoming workshops:

You can learn the techniques by coming into the clinic or joining the zoom class. Registration required at https://www.ptadvantagepc.com/Foam-Rolling-Workshop-Registration

Remaining active is an essential part of pain management, but care must be taken to move around safely in order to avoid re-injury.
