HAPPY EASTER!!!!

I thought it best to continue with my weekly email updates to keep all of our PTA supporters informed during this extremely chaotic time.  First and foremost, I want to thank all of our current clients for being so flexible with the new condensed schedule we implemented a couple of weeks ago. THANK YOU!! It is greatly appreciated and helps us out tremendously.  Moving forward for the next 2-3 weeks, a few more changes will be happening at PTA as well.  I will be assuming the primary PT role once again and am excited about the opportunity to do so.  Julie will be working two days a week now and Shae will be off spending precious time with her family. The clinic will still be open Monday – Friday with later hours being offered on Tuesday evenings.  Our hope and goal will be to start scheduling those clients who have been off for a few weeks beginning the weeks of April 27th and May 3rd.  Our team will be calling towards the end of this coming week or the early part of the next week to discuss this possibility based on how things are going nationally and locally controlling the COVID 19 virus. 

I also wanted to say Thank You to those of you who have been attending our weekly Virtual Exercise Sessions.  A small change in the coming weeks is that the sessions will be on Tuesday and Thursdays now, both at 12:30 PM.  See the links below.

A request was asked by one of the participants regarding what equipment should you have ready for the sessions.  If you have these items or comparable substitutes, that would be great.  Exercise mat, resistance bands/tubes, small weights, chair, large exercise ball. If you don’t have these items, no worries.  Our staff will give you modifications to do the exercises without them.

If you are having any aches or pains that are not going away or seem to increasing over the past few weeks, please do not hesitate to call the clinic and set up a time to talk with one of our PT staff.  We do have the option of doing sessions virtually, i.e., like a HIPPA Compliant face-time or Skype.  A number of our clients have really enjoyed this option and are grateful to stay connected during the pandemic. Don’t let things get out of control.
